Hi,Robyn here.I am 25 years of age(140kg's),i'm using contraceptive(depoprovera), & im struggling to loose weight.I'd like to know wich contraceptive can i use that does not affect my weight or could even assist in weight loss?
I really want to loose weight,I eat really healthy most of the most,3 meals,small portions,fruits & veg in my diet and lost of water.I walk in the morning and in the afternoon 4km per walk.
