Legal advice on custody hearings
Good Day I am currently in a custody battle with my ex-husband. When we got divorced the custody was given to me. Long story short when I had financial problems the kids stayed at their fathers. When they came and visit me the last time my attorney advised me that the kids does not need to go back to him because I am the primary caretaker. Well my ex then got a order of child abuse with absolutely no evidence to support this case and they took my kids. What am I do to now? EVERY single step they take is proven to be against the law but the judge keeps on giving him the children because of his manipulation tactics...I need help urgently!
