Period depression
Is it normal for me to feel depressed when I have my period? Sometimes I don't feel like even getting out of bed it's so bad. It's been like this for a few years now.

It is very common for women to feel "hormotional" during their period (a friend coined that word)

It is due to the hormonal changes that take place during your menstrual cycle. I would advise you to see a doctor about this. It is one thing to feel a bit weepy but if you can't get out of bed, you need professional help. All the best!
