ABS
What equipments should I use at the gym for my ABS
Hi Cleoreece
Well, sit-ups, crunches, twists are good. There's also planks and bridges, and the best thing about it is that you don't even need equipment - you can do them at home with just a floor!
I'd say what you can do is ask a trainer to demonstrate them to you, and make sure you're doing them the right way. Especially bridging and planks. But once you have them, then you're good to go, anytime!
