My husband drinks between 8 and 18 double vodkas six nights a week and has been since he was 20 - he is now 39. What are the chances of cirrhosis of the liver and what are the early symptons. He has black rings under his eyes continuously - is this a sympton

He has a high risk of developing cirrhosis of the liver. Symptoms include tiredness, weight loss, weakness, developing spider veins on the body and red hand palms, yellow tinge to the skin.
