All or nothing person!
Hi all. I have this problem where it is all or nothing. It occurs with everything in my life. I either go to gym twice a day or I miss days on end. Somedays I give everything for my job and then days where I procrastinate (like now...). In relationships, be best friends or nothing. How can I become more balanced in life? Do everything in balance?
