Allergies
Hi
a friend of mine has found out that her son is allergic for wheat, maize and oats.
do you maybe have any advice as to what breakfast cereals she can still give him which are readily available?

Dear Eben
If your friend's son is allergic to wheat, maize and oats then he can still eat rice-based cereals (Rice Crispies) and sorghum porridge (Maltabella). To read more about food allergies click on 'Diet' at the top of this page and then on 'Allergy & intolerance'. Your friend can also contact the Allergy Association by visiting their Website at: www.allallergy.net to find out more about allergies.
Best regards
