I have a gluten and soya allergy. I have heard that buckwheat and
millet are suitable alternatives. Are they??

If you suffer from gluten allergy then you can use buckwheat, millet, maize meal, and rice. The soya allergy is not affected if you eat plain porridges. Check on every label for wheat and soya.
