Dear Eileen
The SA Food Tables only list the energy and carbohydrate content of grapes on average (green, red and black, indicating different cultivars), namely: 300 kJ and 14.7 g of carbs per 100g. It is possible that green grapes (i.e. grapes that are not fully ripe) will have a slightly lower sugar content than grapes that are full ripe.
