Anti-snoring pillows
Hi, can you please tell me whether these ''anti-snoring'' pillows that are being sold anywhere from R300 - R1000, are any good?
if so, what type would you recommend.

For relatively minor snoring they can be effective. However, for the type that rattles windows and gets the neighbour's dogs barking, they won't work.

As for the type - they work by positioning the head in an optimal position, so it will depend on the shape of the person's head and neck.
