Anxious cat
cat adopted at 12 weeks old. with us for 2 months now. cat will sleep with us on the bed, will walk around in the house. as soon as someone or something moves, cat will run away and hide under the couch. will she get better with time, or is there something we can do to tame her.

Some cats are like this and will possibly always be like this. You could use some tasty treats and reinforce any positive behaviour. You might find that there will be certain areas that she will allow you or even come to be touched by you. Whatever you do, do not chase her and force her. Than you will have her think negative re affection. She might only allow the household near her and run from strangers.
