Any CBT using therapists in Cape Town, JHB?
Is there a list of CBT using therapists out there in the big cities of JHB, Cape Town?

I so greatly agree with you that there is an urgent need for such a listing, but I don't know of one yet available. The best I can suggest is to check the phone-book listings for shrinks in your area, and call their ofices and ask if they do CBT, before making an appointment.
