Don't worry that the way you first phrased the question confused some, your intentions are clear. As TK says, very reasonably, you're looking for a good English-medium school, to suit this child. I would help that by now it would be very difficult, if not impossible, ( and if there was one, it'd be a pity for its students, who would miss so much of what they'll need in life ) to find a school that was not multiracial / multicultural, at least in intention, though the actual mix of students would depend much on what children lived near enough to have access. But the language of instruction is very relevant, as it's hard enough to handle the subjects, without dealing with an unfamiliar language at the same time. And it's possible a good school of this type would be able to provide extra lessons, or at least experiences with her class-mates, that could improve her skills at shangaan, too. Children seem especially well able to handle languages and accents when young, in a way older people can envy
