baby in transverse position-29th week
i m in the 29th week of pregnancy.my doctor said after examining me abdominally that my baby is lying in a transverse position.what is that?i read on the net that this is an abnormal and rear condition.then now what is the remedy?is it safe for the baby to lie in this position in the 29th week.i m worried.

This is quite normal at 29 weeks. If by 34-36 weeks the baby has not turned head down, then the options would be either to try to turn it or to have a caearean.
