Back operation
Hi, I need some info. I had a back operation about four months ago and like to know what kind of exercise I can do to strenght my back. Is it possible for you to sent me some exercises to my e-mail adres. My operation was at the L3-4 and S1.

Two things - I do not know your e-mail address, and second you will need to have someone assess your function and design a program for you, we are all unique in what we can and can't do - so a general exercise guide will not help you.
