Bang vir die donker
Ek is 26, getroud en het 1 kind. My probleem is ek is bang vir die donker. Veral om alleen by die huis te bly of te oornag, as my man bv. nie by my is nie. Ek het ook al in die middel van die nag wakker geword deurdat ek gedink het iets maak my wakker, soos 'n geluid of 'n inbreek of iets van daardie aard. Dan sal ek vir ure wakker lê en dan so by 4 uur as ek doodmoeg is sal ek aan die slaap raak. Manlief het al 'n sekuriteits sisteem reg rondom die huis gesit asook in die huis, asook kameras regrondom die huis sodat ek beter kan slaap maar ek bly soms bang. Soms as ons gaan lê in die nag, dan is ek onrustig en sukkel om aan die slaap te raak. Ek is altyd bang vir iets. Ander aande is ek so moeg dat ek van oormoegheid aan die slaap raak maar meestal sukkel ek om aan die slaap te raak.Enige raad en is dit normaal?

This is actually quite a commom phobia or fear, and maybe there's a more general anxiety disorder in the background of it, so a shrink might be able to help. And Liz123 is right about the value of a book, to mop up some of those anxious moments, and get you ready to go back to sleep again. And keep it at the bedside, or you might set off some of all those alarms if you got up to fetch one !
