Bleeding after sex
I am a 35 yr old and went off the pill 4 months ago. The first three months were normal and now this month my periods are almost non existent. Bit of spotting last month and now after sex, I've noticed blood the next morning? Should I be worried. My cycle seems to be totally out of whack. Is it normal to have my periods and now it's so irregular. I am definately not pregnant,

It sounds like you have only missed one period. The bleeding after sex may be due to a problem with the cervix. I would suggest that you wait and see what happens with your period next month. If you have not had a rceent pap smear, this would be a good idea.
