Please can you recommend a spray that I can use that is fast acting, won' t make me drowsy, and natural

Drixine or Illiadin works quite fast - it has never made me drowsy but could probably potentially cause drowsiness. There are no natural products that I know of that will open up the nasal passages quickly.
