Dear Rajan
High blood pressure or hypertension is not usually associated with food allergies. Your doctor will take your blood pressure using a sphingo manometer. To control blood pressure by diet you need to eat less salt and to increase your intakes of fruit, vegetables, unprocessed grains and cereals and low-fat milk and dairy products. If you are overweight it helps to lose weight and to also do exercise as prescribed by your doctor. If you, however, think that you have a food allergy then ask your dr to test you for food allergy or intolerances. Once you have a diagnosis, we can look at the dietary changes you require.
