please tell me what the main cause of a nose bleeding are.
I get a nose bleed almost twice every month I used to think it was because of the very hot weather but now i even get them when it's cold. I also get headaches. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?

SK, it’s probably due to an allergy, but it might be due to high blood pressure and that’s why the best would be to see your doctor and make sure. People often bleed from a specific area in the nose called Little’s area and you can have this area cauterised to stop the bleeding once and for all. Good luck.
