BMI
How do we calculate BMI , Body Mass Index?
Dear Nicky
Take your height in metres, say 1.6 and square it: 1.6x 1.6 = 2.56. Then divide your weight in kg, say 60 kg by 2.56 = 23,4, which is in the normal range (18-25).
