% Body fat to lose, eating plan?
I have 18% body fat to lose, my current weight 65kg and 1.64m. Target weight 58kg.
Training - from 03:30 to 04:30 mornings 4 days p/w.
Tuesday - chest/shoulders/abs/20 min cycle
Wednesday - legs superset/20 min cycle
Thursday - bicep/tricep/abs/20 min cycle
Friday - back/calves/abs/20 min cycle
Weights - moderate, 4 sets 15 reps
Eating plan - Phedra cut liquid prior exercise, protein shake after exercise, oats&yoghurt breakfast, apple for snack, tuna&brown rice&salad for lunch, pear for snack, rice cakes&cottage cheese for dinner
I am worried that to much protein or carbs will not assist with losing weight. Really desperate!!!
