Please advise what green stools passed would indicate. Is it serious. What would cause this.

Some causes of green stools include Salmonella infection (commonly called food poisening), Giaridia infection, use of certain drugs and certain foods.
If you have diarrhoea and potentially a fever you should consult your Dr/ Remember to replace lost fluids.
It may be wise to have tests done to establish exactly what the underlying cause is as there could be 1 of many.
