Breast implant " knuckle effect"
My friend has had implants for about a year now and would like to know if it's normal for her to be able to feel them through the skin. She had them implanted in front of the muscle, under the breast fold and did not go too big as she is on the thin side, but there is like a ripple effect on the breast where the implant is which one can feel, should she be concerned? and should she consider having them made bigger / smaller to improve the overall feel and look? can she be helped if so whom do we contact?

If the implant is in front of the muscle, she will be able to feel it. The size of the implants must suit the size of your body, otherwise it looks unnatural and there a plastic surgeon will be able to guide her.
