I need to know if my breast is sagging pear shaped can i have it lifted so that i can wear a normal size bra?

A breast lift is done to get rid of excess skin. It does not necessarily change your breast size tremendously. You need to determine whether you have excess breast tissue vs excess skin. If you have excess tissue, then a reduction can be combined with a lift.
