Breast lumps during pregnancy-problem?

I am currently 17 weeks pregnant and have noticed a lump developing under my right arm next to my breast. Itfells soft & spongy but can be tender to the touch. It seems to be getting bigger everyday and I am worried that this will develop into a third breast almost! Should i be worried and is there anything I can do to get rid of this?

There is breast tissue in the armpit which enlarges as your breasts enlarge. This is normal.
