bum walking?
hi there.
i remember hearing once that walking on your butt helps to tone it? is there any truth to this?
also i want to know what muscles, exactly, does a rebounder (trampoline) work, and does it help to burn fat? i already do the shape up for summer thing....so can i use the rebounder for my cardiovascular activity???

Your better options are exercises such as stair-climbing and even the cross-trainer to a certain extent and then also, squats, lunges and backward leg extensions for the butt. Yes the rebounder is an effective cardiovascular exercise, but use other options as well. It will help to burn fat.
