I have a bunion on my left foot & one starting on my right foot. Is walking/cycling going to make things worse? Does Comphrey cream really help? Are there any exercises that will help?
Thanks Helen

Walking can aggravate the problem.
(Comphrey cream isnt one I know)
There are exercises that help but they are very specific and a physio may be able to help with this.
I suggest a trip to a podiatrist for some advice, and maybe a pair of orthotics. Insist on getting x-rayed as there are certain features on x ray the will mean an orthopaedic opinion may be necessary
