Can I gain weight just like people lose weight!!
Its common for people to say they want to lose weight but I want to gain weight. Is there a specific diet I can follow? I eat anything and anytime in large quantities but my weight remain constant. I'm a bit skinny(&have always been) & thats why I want to gain a bit of weight.I've tried living a "lazy life" ie. No excercise but it didnt work.
Please help before I drink a 750ml of cooking oil to put on some fats....kidding
On a more serious note I need advice.

Firstly, you must do a comprehensive exercise programme, this will help to build up your lean body mass, especially the strength training.

However, your diet probably needs attention - please write to Dietdoc for advice - but I would also set up an appointment with a dietician for a proper individualised diet.
