Dear Lesego
There are many other factors that may be present in you not falling pregnant, i suggest that you see a gynaecologist so he can assess for patency of the fallopian tubes. He will either send you for a HSG or a laparoscopy to ascertain if everything else is normal. There is a small percent of people that have difficulty falling pregnant when all doubts is normal and we would then suggest that they seek help with procedures such as intra uterine insemination.
