Cape Argus Cycle race
I am hoping to receive an antry to the race through substitution. If there is anybody who has registered for the race, but will not be racing, please drop me a message?

Can't help you there, I'm afraid. Hopefully someone on the forum can, but your best is to use the ofical race website, where I think they have a facility for substitutions.
