Dear Diet Problem
Foods that are low in carbs are meat, fish, eggs, cottage cheese, yoghurt and milk, and 'free vegetables' like lettuce, cucumber, tomato, watercress, and strawberries and other berries. Please make sure that you only eat low-fat versions of these foods.
