Cardio everyday good for you or not?
I was wondering, say now you have the body you want and now you just want to maintain it, would it be bad to do gym 3 times a week in addition to cardio everyday? is it better to do cardio on your offdays only? or doesnt it matter? :)

It is better to alternate your cardio with your weights days. Therefore, three days cardio and three days weights.
