Cardio vs weight training
I currently do 2 x 1 hour sessions of kick boxing and 2 x circuit workouts a week. Is this sufficient with a balanced eating plan to loose more weight? I have lost approximately 12 kgs but now I am stuck. Does my body need a change in routine or should I just up my weight training?

Congratulations on your weight loss this far. If you say you have reached a plateau I would suggest a change around in your programme. try other forms of exercise as well as including some interval cardio training on the days that you do your circuit training. Yes challenging yourself with resistance training may take you to new heights.
