Chest pains
Female co-worker has following symptoms:
Chest pains between the breasts, pulse 76 bpm; she's anaemic; has history of high blood pressure; associated pain in upper back; has continuous feelings of hunger.

Hunk, all her symptoms can be due to the anaemia and the cause of the anaemia. It can of course also be due to heart problems and a host of other disorders and that it why the best would be for her to see her doctor and have it sorted out. Good luck.
