Cholesterol
Hallo Doc
I am 55 years of age and have high cholesterol level of 7.1. I normally eat the right food but need to excercise, which I hate. I want to know if it will be enough if I use my health walker or not.

Regular exercise can have a profound effect on your cholesterol, so please make it a non-negotiable. The more you exercise - the better the effect on the cholesterol. I would recommend some outddor walking in addition to the health-walker, so that you are doing some weight-bearing exercise.
