Shirley, you can safely take moderate amounts of alcohol when you’re on Cipramil®. Cocaine on the other hand may cause serious problems when taken together with Cipramil®. It can cause serotonin syndrome, a serious disorder marked by muscle spasm, severe sweating, seizures and coma. Good luck.
