Hi Andrea

In treating GERD the paediatric dose of this drug (clopamon contains metoclopramide), if prescribed under supervision of a paediatrician, is 0.1-0.2 mg/kg bodyweight up to four times daily. A total daily dose of 0.8 mg/kg/24hours should not be exceeded.

Clopamon Syrup contains 5 mg/5 mL, or 1mg/mL. To calculate the exact dose I'd need the little one's weight, but say she weighs 6 kg a dose of 1.2ml would be safer than 2 ml (althought the total daily dose is within limits).
