coffee and weight loss
hi

i need to loose 19 kgs but my weakness is drinking coffee, is it going to delay the progress if i drink 2 cups a day. Coffe with skim or sometimes with full cream and sweetner or 1 tspoon brown sugar

Having a cup of black coffee with artificial sweetener will not contribute any energy to your daily intake. Adding 30 ml of skim or whole milk would add 44 or 77 kJ per cup and adding 5 g (1t) of brown sugar would add 78 kJ. I would, therefore, recommend that you either use artificially sweetened black coffee or have artificially sweetened coffee with skim milk if you intend losing weight.
