Coffee Creamers and cholestrol

What is the bottomline re: coffee creamers and your health - cholestrol and fat etc.

Dear Eurika
Seeing that most coffee creamers are made of saturated plant fats they are not recommended. If you use them very moderately (1-2 spoons a day), then they should not have too negative an effect. They are of course no substitute for low-fat milk, esp in the diet of children.
