Hi there, 3 years ago, my colleague went on maternity leave, and I was expected to run her department, nobody asked me how I felt about it, it was just given to me and I was expected to run it until she came back, when it was bonus and increase time, I didnt get anything extra and not even a thank you, she''s pregnant again and I think her workload will be dumped on me again, same scenario, can I ask that they hire a temp or for a salary increase?
