Conceive ?
I am a 24yr old female, who had a labscope done in November last year for endometriosis.
I had my last period on 10 Jan. My cycle is 30 days. I decided to go onto the pill and can only start one the first day of my period. My husband and I have been having unprotected sex since 4 Feb (last week). Could I conceive within this period before my next menstrual period ?

You can conceive at any time, though some times in the cycle are more fertile than others. Your period shoul;d have started by now, so you should know whether pregnancy has occurred or not.
