i am eating a very healthy diet but have anything i want in moderation
i dance twice a week modern dancing for an hour and are very
productive at work.

i eat kelloge all bran vector for breakfast
with 2 % milk

and than mid day a jogurt low fat

lunch i usually eat all bran fibre crackers with
a tomato some cheese and cucumbur and chicken
on it or ham

dinner consist of fresh veggies and meat or pasta
what ever i feel like

on weekends i eat a junior chicken burger or anything
i like in moderation drink lot of water,

i just recently dropped weight my height is 1.55m
and i weight 43 - 44 kg now and are stable there now

i have been on the injectable now for 3 months going
for my 4th month could that have an effect?

Should i be stressed or not? i feel happy with the way
am eating now cause i eat what i want when i want and
keep my weight just everyone thinks am getting to thin now

Well your BMI = 18, which is just still within the normal range, but I do think you could eat a little more - increase your low-fat milk and yoghurt intake to ensure that you get sufficient calcium to prevent osteoporosis in later life and start including some fruit/fruit juices in your diet to provide you with additional protective nutrients.
If you could increase your weight to about 46 kg, you would still be wonderfully slender, but have slightly more reserves to fall back on.
