Cradle Cap (New Baby)
Should one wash baby's hair more often, or less often, to get rid of cradle cap? Some of the baby magazines say only wash his hair once a week, but this is not helping. And what products would you advise? Any oils?

Loraine, if you use just aqueous cream to wash his hair you’re welcome to wash it every day. An old remedy for cradle cap is to powder a Disprin in a little bit of aqueous cream and to apply it twice daily. If it doesn’t clear up it might be a form of eczema, allergy or even a birthmark. The best would then be to get e second opinion from a dermatologist. Good luck.
