Cramps and Pains
Hi all
What can it be if I have light period like cramps on lower back pain on day 22 of my cycle?
We are TTC'ing.
Any ideas?

Day 22 is in keeping with the mid-luteal phase i.e. stages of implantation and therefore some light bleeding and cramping might be indicative of implantation taking place. I would suggest a quantitative blood pregnancy test be done on day 27 of the cycle to detect early pregnancy.
