My fiance and I have a great sex life, but since last night is has starting getting really painful when he penetrates, what could be the problem?

If there has never been a probelm before, it may be that you have an infection. If the pain is deep inside, you should see a gynaecologist to exclude problems with the uterus or ovaries.
