Curries and Chili in pregnancy
Hi could you please tell me if it's ok to eat hot foods such as curries and chili in pregnancy?

Congratulations on your pregnancy. If you are used to eating curries and chilli and if these foods don't cause discomfort during your pregnancy then there is really not reason why you need to cut them out. When you breastfeed your baby, however, you will have to monitor if the curries and chilli don't cause your baby abdominal distress as many of these spices pass through into the breast milk.
