How often should an adult be de-wormed?
I have taken 1 vermox and when do I take it again?

It is a good idea to worm yourself every six months. I doubt that the parrot will give you worms. Worm eggs are present in unwashed vegetables, fruit, salad and pets like dogs and cats.
