Dead lock with "love handles"
I've been struggling to rid of the excess fat on my waist.
My chest and legs have toned very well.
For cardio I run about 8 to 10 km 3 times a week.
For strength I do sit-ups and push-ups 3 times a week.
I do lots of stretching.

Your exercise routine sounds quite good, however, perhaps you want to add a few extra toning exercises (See Shape up for Summer - home page of this website).
Also , I'd write to Dietdoc, since perhaps you need to make dietary changes at this stage.
Finally, consider doing one high intensity training session or one interval session a week to boost your metabolic rate and give your body some variety.
