Diabetic and excercise
I'm a well-controlled type 1 diabetic. I consider myself quite fit and play league squash as well. My question is: Should I have somethiing to eat before a game? I find I run out of steam if I don't.
Hi Chaz
Yes, just monitor your blood glucose carefully before and after the snack, so that it is correctly timed before your strenuous exercise.
